Tune Up Fitness Alpha Twin Set in Tote, Yoga Massage Therapy Balls
- A PERFECT MASSAGE BALL SET FOR GOING DEEPER: with each ball at 3 ½ inches in diameter & with a grippy texture, each ALHA Ball provides a massive amount of sheer & grip with the pressure of a fist, making it excellent for myofascial release in larger areas of the body. Use as a single or as a pair in tote as a versatile peanut ball for massage, exercise, and physical therapy.
- IT DOESN’T HAVE TO HURT TO WORK: made out of natural latex rubber with a compressible core, the ALPHA Ball is more gentle & effective than tennis, plastic, or lacrosse balls to provide a deep release without causing bruising or skin irritation.
- ON-DEMAND PAIN & TENSION RELIEF: works well as a shoulder, QL lower back massager, hamstring roller, hips, buttocks, shoulder, glutes, delts, & piriformis muscle release tool. Effective for shoulder, upper & lower back muscle pain relief. Use the two ALPHAs together for deep, precision rolling.
- IMPROVED MOBILIY, PERFORMANCE & MUSCLE RECOVERY: helps to warm up the muscles & improve range of motion & mobility fast, while mobilizing fluids along the spine & joints. When used post workout, the balls help muscle recovery and decrease soreness. Also helps to induce a deep relaxation response and supports deeper sleep.
- USED BY TEACHERS & PRACTITIONERS WORLDWIDE: a key therapy ball used in Jill Miller’s Roll Model Method & Yoga Tune Up fitness formats, used by over 500 certified teachers in yoga studios, gyms, physical therapy, & wellness centers across the globe.
