Return Policy

We want you to feel happy and secure about shopping with STORKZ.com. In the event that you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your merchandise for a full refund.

All purchases and packing materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise. Any signs of product wear or removal of parts, will result in refusal of your return.

To ensure customer satisfaction all Storkz.com orders are shipped with carrier tracking. If for any reason you choose to return your purchase, you may return your order to storkz.com, provided that it is within 10 days from the time that your order has been tracked as delivered to your order’s ship-to address.

Once the returned item or items has been delivered to the Storkz warehouse, have been examined and have satisfied Storkz.com's return requirements your order will be refunded. It may take up to seven days before your order is refunded from the time that it is received by Storkz.com.

All Storkz.com returns must be approved. When returning an item please email [email protected] to receive return authorization.

Due to the complexities of international shipping, we will not refund any shipment refusal.

If an item is faulty or stops working

If an item stops working or is faulty within the first year of purchase, Storkz.com will work with the manufacturer to replace the item. Please be careful to make sure that the manufacturer guarantee requirements guidlines have been followed before requesting a replacement. Once you’ve determined that you’ve met the manufacturer’s requirements, please request an RMA from Storkz.com and we will send you instructions for returning the item.
