2.The USB ports are intended for data transfer. They only provide a minimal 0.5a charging.Power is shared between all dock-connected USB C devices and will adjust based on what is plugged in at the time. (Example: Mac book 65W adapter input = 5W for hub + 4W for USB ports + 4W for Ethernet port + 52W for Mac book.
