Bands tend to roll up when you apply more resistance than the resistance range of the resistance bands or you are not placing them correctly on your thighs.

  • Use bands made with natural latex can lessens the frequency of the bands rolling up.
  • The resistance bands shouldnt be too loose or too tight when you wear them. Our 12 x 2 bands are perfect for most people.
  • Another technique would be placing your resistance bands at the same place on each leg. Bands roll up if you put them up too high.
  • For instance, bands are supposed to be positioned two inches above your knees if you wish to put them around your thighs.
  • In case the bands are still consistently rolling up, recommended to add another or a thicker band.
