Sculpey Oven-Bake Clay Adhesive is a versatile, bakeable polymer adhesive specifically designed for creating permanent bonds in clay crafting. Formerly known as Bake & Bond, this thick liquid formula allows users to join pieces of clay together without applying heavy pressure, which prevents the distortion of fine details. It is highly effective for adhering raw clay to raw clay, raw clay to baked clay, and even joining two baked pieces. Beyond polymer clay, this adhesive can bond clay to various porous surfaces such as unfinished wood, paper, and canvas. The adhesive must be baked at 275°F (130°C) for 30 minutes to properly cure and set the bond. Once cured, it provides a strong and durable connection that makes it an essential tool for jewelry making and sculpture.
