Developed for use in dermatologist offices, Benzoyl Peroxide Acne Wash is formulated with the highest medical grade Benzoyl Peroxide USP to gently exfoliate and clear skin of dirt, oil, and skin-dulling impurities. Benzoyl Peroxide USP provides antibacterial activity against Propionibactrium acnes (p. acnes). Acne Solutions benzoyl peroxide is pharmaceutical grade and finely milled (micronized) so it optimally penetrates the skin and does not leave a white chalky residue on the face. Benzoyl Peroxide Acne Wash is a perfect adjunct therapy to topical and oral antibiotics, helping to reduce the risk of bacterial resistance.
Available in benzoyl peroxide concentrations of 5%, 10% and 10% with Aloe Vera for step up skin care regimens and maximum compliance. If irritation occurs, reduce use to once a day or every other day. Use of a broad-spectrum UVA/UVB sunscreen is recommended while using benzoyl peroxide products.
