100% dead sea salt

Directions

Make sure your bathtub or sitz bath kit is cleaned. Fill your tub with 3-4 inches of warm water. In some cases, your healthcare provider may tell you to use cold water. Add 1/2 cup of Postpartum Sitz Bath salt to water. When water temperature is comfortable, gently lower your perineum down into tub and sit on the bottom of the tub. Water should be deep enough to cover the entire area. Sit for 15-20 minutes. Use 3-4 times daily, or as needed, until the source of the irritation is relieved.
