can be used a.m. and/or p.m.  place 5 to 6 drops of serum into palm of your hand and apply serum directly to entire face, neck and chest area.  if applying with hope and a prayer vitamin c powder, mix fresh daily, 1/2 to 1 scoop directly with serum in palm of your hand and apply mixture as directed.  note:  hope and a prayer powder should only be mixed with serum in the a.m.  follow with moisturizer.
