Directions
Dr. John Lee recommends 20mg twice daily. Each 1/4 t. provides 20 mg of progesterone and 60 mg. of phytoestrogens. Massage 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon into a thin-skinned area ( neck, face, breastbone, forearms, etc.) Use 2X day, morning and night. Menstruating Women: Begin day 12 of your cycle. (Day 1 is the first day of your menstrual flow.) Continue through day 26, then stop. Repeat monthly. Non-Menstruating Women: Use for 25 consecutive days, then take a 5 day break. Repeat monthly.
