Directions
Only heat gel pack while it is attached to the accompanying strap. HEAT IN MICROWAVE FOR 10 SECONDS ON EACH SIDE. Carefully touch product with finger to test temperature. If additional heat is desired, flip product and heat for no more than an additional 10 seconds. DO NOT EXCEED 30 SECONDS OF TOTAL HEATING TIME per application of product. Let product cool to room temperature before re-heating. Do not heat more than 4 times in a 60 minute period.
