Male adaptor must be used with the K-fit Kegel Toner device. Use your K-fit once or twice a day for 20-60 minutes per session. Your toner will not rise above 10mAs if it does not detect enough moisture and direct contact with skin. Use plenty of water-based lubricant to ensure good conductivity.
