How to Dry Brush:
1. Starting at the feet, brush the bottoms of feet and make your way up the legs in long, smooth strokes, typically brush each section of skin 8 to10 times.
2. For lymph flow, brush toward the heart/chest area where the lymph system drains. As a good rule of thumb, always stroke toward the center of the body.
3. Repeat the same process with the arms, starting with the palms of your hands and brushing up the arm toward the heart. Again, brush each section of skin 8 to 10 times.
4. On the stomach and armpits, brush in a circular clockwise motion. Repeat the process on abdomen and back
