How do I know its safe for my baby? This is the one of the most common question we hear from parents who are including commonly allergenic foods into their babies diet. Thats why we supported an independent study with over 700 infants at Northwestern University, which reported zero allergic reactions among those using SpoonfulOne.[3]

How long should I feed my child SpoonfulOne?SpoonfulOne is made with precise portions, so it takes repeated dietary exposures overtime to safely, and gently, allow your babys immune system to grow up accustomed to a diverse range of foods. Scientific studies, such as LEAP and EAT, showed that early, consistent dietary exposure for 3-5 years resulted in dramatic reductions in risk. As a result, both the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and the American Academy of Allergy Asthma and Immunology (AAAAI), recommend including a diverse range of foods, including potential allergens, as early as 4 months of age and continuing dietary exposure from infancy through childhood.

Is it too late to start SpoonfulOne?Early is better, but starting after a child is 4-6 months of age still has a meaningful impact and creates a healthy nutritional foundation for your baby. SpoonfulOne should not be given to children who have been diagnosed with a food allergy.

Whats in each serving packet?Every serving of SpoonfulOne contains our Foundational Food Blend that includes the food groups responsible for over 90% of food allergies: peanuts, milk, shellfish (shrimp), tree nuts (almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, pecans, pistachios, and walnuts), egg, fish (cod and salmon), grains (oat and wheat), soy, and sesame.

Footnotes:*For most infants with severe eczema and/or egg allergy who are already eating solid foods, introducing foods containing ground peanuts between 4 and 10 months of age and continuing consumption may reduce the risk of developing peanut allergy by 5 years of age. The FDA has determined, however, that the evidence supporting this claim is limited to one study. If your infant has severe eczema and/or egg allergy, check with your infants healthcare provider before feeding foods containing ground peanuts.
