Active B12 1000 provides two active coenzyme forms of vitamin B12 in a lower dose of 1,000 mcg (1 mg) per lozenge. Each lozenge provides 1000 mcg of the active coenzyme forms of vitamin B12, methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin, without artificial flavors or colors.

As coenzyme forms, methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin are the forms required by certain B12-dependent enzymes and reactions within the body.
