Does the fabric defuzzer require batteries?

The Vila Fabric Shaver does not require any batteries. The 110-volt defuzzer comes complete with a 4.5 foot (1.4 meter) electrical cord that plugs into any power source via a standard U.S. adapter. Once plugged in, simply flip the power switch to On and gently press the shaver in a circular motion to remove unwanted fuzz and leave your clothing or upholstery looking brand new.
