The RITZ Kids Children's measures foot length for children, up to U.S. size Infant, to Women's 7 or Men's 6.It is based on the Original RITZ Stick foot measuring device, with over 1 million sold. This device has been preferred by shoe stores throughout the U.S. and abroad since 1914. Includes width scale for growing children, with chart and instructions on backside. -Note- Like jeans and other clothing, shoe sizes can vary between manufacturers.
