How Do I connect the earbuds to my phone?
1 - Open the Bluetooth settings in your phone.
2 - Take the earbuds out of charging case.
3 - Find the device Q65 pro on your mobile phone device.
3 - Press connect to connect the Bluetooth.
I do not see Q65 pro in my mobile phone Bluetooth signal options after taking the earbuds out. What should I do?
This issue can be easily solved by factory resetting the earbuds. Follow the steps below to factory reset the earbuds.
1 - Connect the provided USB cable to the charging case and make sure it is charging.
2 - Place back the earbuds into the charging case.
3 - While in the charging case press both earbuds for 10 seconds until you see the flashing red light. The flashing red light indicates that the earbuds have been reset successfully.
4 - That is it. You should now be able to see Q65 Pro in your Bluetooth settings.
I can only connect one of the earbuds to the mobile phone device and the other one does not connect.
