Low Carb Cheese Bread

Ingredients:

• 3 eggs
• cup Anthony's Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, softened
• 1/2 cup plus 1 cup grated cheddar cheese, divided
• 2 tablespoons Anthony's Psyllium Husk Powder
• 3 tablespoons Anthonys Coconut Flour
• teaspoon salt
• teaspoon baking soda

1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
2. Grease a glass loaf pan.
3. In a mixing bowl, mix together the eggs, coconut oil, cup cheese, and psyllium.
4. Add the coconut flour, salt, and baking soda; mix well.
5. Bake for about 25 minutes.
6. Top with additional 1 cup cheese.
7. Turn oven up to 425 degrees F.
8. Bake for 10 minutes.
9. Cool a bit, cut, and enjoy.

Cook time: 35 minutes
